Well—we can definitely say we’re a VERY lucky little place! There are so many fantastic people who make the funday happen through their sheer hard work and devotion to the cause. From the people who donate prizes to those who donate time and energy over the course of the weekend, in the run up to it and also afterwards, cleaning up and counting up! We’d like to thank everyone for their amazing efforts and generosity—without the support of the community, the funday wouldn’t be possible and wouldn’t be FUN!!! ;) Everyone is welcome to join in, help and enjoy. We are equally grateful to the people who have been with it from the start, through thick and thin, as we are delighted to invite new people on board and welcome their ideas and involvement! So, if you weren't there this year, for whatever reason—you’ll definitely be welcome next year! We’ll still be here , last weekend in July— watching people launch last minute rafts, eating too many burgers, guzzling tea and cakes from our local ladies, dancing to Recovery and possibly having the odd beer!! ;) See you there!!!
